Replace Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we do offer replacements in the following cases:

✅ You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a system error.
✅ You did not receive access to your purchased product due to technical issues on our end.
✅ The product is significantly different from its description.

How to Request a Replacement

If you believe you are eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 2 days of purchase with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for purchase
  • A description of the issue with the product

We will review your request and notify you of the replacement status within 2 business days. If approved, you will receive access to a new product within the timeframe set by our system.

Important Notes

❌ No replacements will be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases or change of mind.
  • Issues caused by incompatibility with your device/software (please check system requirements before purchase).
  • Misuse or modification of the digital product.

Card Rules

  1. If you are using our services, you automatically agree to all our terms.
  2. We can refuse service without explanation.
  3. ALL CARDS ARE CHECKED! Cards can't be replaced or changed. Please do not write tickets about it. They will be ignored. You must check a troubled card before sending a ticket. Tickets written without checking will be closed.
  4. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG AVS AND CARD BALANCE.
  5. Please save all cards on your own hard disk—we periodically delete old bases.
  6. Do not ask in ICQ/Tickets to add any BINs or countries; these messages will be ignored!
  7. We do not return money.
  8. If you cannot access the main page, try changing your IP.
  9. If you have other questions about functionality, or any suggestions, etc., please write a ticket. All tickets will be answered!
